I am having the same problem. I have ever since I bought the computer and speakers. Initially I just used the headphone plug on the front but now that has the same problem. There is also very loud feedback from the speakers when I remove the jack. sometimes if I put the jack in "Just" right both speakers will work but then seem to slip back and only one works. I have checked and the computer says speakers are working, if I plug them into another device they do work fine. How do I fix this?
